Who are BTS?
BTS aka Bangtan Sonyeondan or Beyond The Scene is a 7 member South Korean boy group who debuted on June 13 2013 and capturing millions of hearts worldwide.
Discography
Originally started off as a hip hop group, the septet's musical style has expanded to a wide range of genres. The group writes & produces most of their output.

In a nutshell, BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan or Beyond the Scene), is a 7 member South Korean boy group that has been capturing the hearts of millions of fans globally since their debut in June 2013. The members of BTS Kim Namjoon (stage name-RM), Kim Seokjin (stage name-Jin), Min Yoongi (stage name-SUGA), Jung Hoseok (stage name-J-hope), Park Jimin (stage name-Jimin), Kim Taehyung (stage name-V) and Jeon Jeongguk (stage name-Jungkook) are gaining recognition from their authentic, self-produced music, top-notch performances and to the way they interact with their fans. The septet has established themselves as global superstars by breaking countless world records, while imparting a positive influence through their lyrics which mainly focuses on loving & accepting oneself along with philanthropic activities such as the LOVE MYSELF campaign and the inspirational speech given in the UN General Assembly, ‘Speak Yourself’. BTS has mobilized millions of fans (named ARMY) across the world, topped prominent music charts, sold out worldwide tours including stadiums and has been named as one of TIME 100: The Most Influential People of 2019. 1) BTS' single "Dynamite" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart & receive a Grammy nomination- the first Korean Group and Act to do so.

2) First Korean boy group to address at the UN General assembly to support the launch of "Generation Unlimited", a new global partnership to help every young person into quality education, training or employment by 2030.

4) Youngest recipients to receive the Van Fleet Award in 2020, the highest honor given by The Korea Society. The Annual Gala Dinner honors those who work towards maintaining the US-Korea relationship.

5) By breaking a 5-year record by Adele’s ‘Hello’, BTS's ‘Black Swan’ from “Map of the Soul: 7” earned the #1 spot in 103 countries in iTunes charts, the only artists in history to do so.
6) Map of the Soul: 7 debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 with a staggering 422,000 album-equivalent units. It remains one of the biggest leaps of 2020, which cemented the group’s status as one of the most popular artists in the world.
7) “Bang Bang Con: The Live” an online concert, set the Guinness World Records for most viewers for a music concert live stream. The online concert was streamed on Weverse as a part of their 7th-anniversary celebrations.

10) BTS made it to the Gold House’s 2020 A100 list of the Most Impactful Asians which honors the most impactful Asians and AAPIs in culture every May for AAPI Heritage Month. This is the second year BTS has made it onto the A100 List.
